First of all thank you for a fantastic seminar. It was well worth every penny (or should I say dollar?). I came home and optimized my site reducing the code per page from something like 7000 lines to 200, changed my folder structure and web page names to make the googlebot happy and changed all my links to absolute.
The best thing about your seminar is that you made it all simple and understandable without talking down to us. I thought that I was going to have a real problem because I only design my own web page and really am not a techy--but I did not have a problem. And I noticed that the "techys" were learning a tremendous amount too. One of the best things you did was to teach us how to analyze web pages other than our own from a SEO point of view. (by the way before this seminar I did not know what SEO stood for). This allowed me to look at my cousins web site which she thoughther web designerhad optimized so well by using some old tricks--and discover that the googlebot was not even indexing her pages because they wereactually spam filled. And these were pages that were professionally designed.

I just wanted to say thank you. The new site that I was able to put up on the 17th of Sept 2007 has already surpassed my old site, which has been up since Jan 2000, in rankings on Google. As I told you up front, my technical acumen is at best very limited, but the new search-site structure is intuitive and easy to follow. Yes, I was very reluctant to try this alone, but I was "not alone." Your tech service was wonderful. If you would like you can let any potential clients preview both my new and old sites as Imigrate materials over to the new site. My intent is that all 150 pages will be residing on the new site by Thanksgiving.
I could not be more pleased with http://www.get-that-next-job.com/'s exposure and with the potentials this portends. I have gotten more response in the last two weeks that I would get in 6 months with my old site.
